I like how that piece of shit minigates post a thread with his new account where he tries to make it as a big reveal; who even noticed the cuntfuck's account at all before this?

I also genuinely like the mods reaction.

"yeah, we'll talk about this" *megabans*

Jun. 24th, 2009 08:45 pm Yeah, because genocide is exactly what I ment

I used a poor choice of words, yes, but you people are seriously grasping for straws when you try to make it seem like I want the Iranian people to die in droves.

I also love how you try to imply as if I've lived a sheltered life where I do nothing but live on pirate things and that I have no clue how the world works and that I'm going to raise some white-trash kid but guess what; you don't know jack shit.

Oh, and I wonder why free higher education is now a bad thing according to some; not enough natural selection?

Apr. 27th, 2009 11:41 pm So yeah, I've had better times

As some of you know, my best friend Emil Börjesson took his own life last weekend. Not only was this completely unexpected from all parts I've talked to but it's also unfathomable for me, still, a week later.

Even though we haven't talked in months and have lived on different sides of the country for the last two and a half years things never changed between us. We met through another mutual friend's PnP group that we both had a falling out with later and formed our own together with my brother Patrik. Börje was the sole thing that kept me in the Gymnasium for three years because I really didn't know shit why I were to go there otherwise. After my graduation we went different ways but still kept in touch every now and then. He was invited to be the best man of our marriage but couldn't due to economical issues.

Economical issues. That is most likely the root of it all. From what I noticed as well as our common friends; him not having enough money to leave the shithole that's called Alingsås forced him to get a job at his father's place and apparently that absolutely killed his spirit after working there for two years while the rest of his friends moved away.

He was an awesome grade-A bullshitter and we did loads of fun stuff together. For example, both of us are named Emil in first name so together with a few theatre students and some cheap video equipment we made a Resident Evil parody of about five minutes called Resident Emil. It was extremely silly and in poor taste but fuck we had an awesome time drinking, smoking, filming and cutting the movie.

Godspeed Emil Börjesson, you were too awesome for this world.

You are a horrible person, a leech of humanity and scum of the earth. I sincerely hope you get into serious economical troubles soon and has to face the cards you're dealing yourself.

Feb. 22nd, 2009 12:09 am So I'm watching the Patriot

I wanted to watch a movie about the ARW and I picked this because as I remembered it was pretty much Braveheart with guns; not good in any way but entertaining.

But this? This is horrible. I'm just 30 minutes in and I'm absolutely disgusted in how horribly wrong they've done pretty much everything but the demogaugic fictional slaughter of wounded and civilians when their farm gets burned is probably one of the most aggrevating scenes I've ever seen; not in the way that the director hoped for though.

Seriously, it's even worse than Braveheart's "council hanging" scene. Ugh.

EDIT: Accidently wrote ACW instead of ARW.

Feb. 14th, 2009 05:17 pm Six years

It's been six years now; over a fourth quarter of my life. Six years that have seen us gotten together, engaged, married, and now expecting our first child.

It's been the best six years of my life.

Feb. 10th, 2009 11:33 am I'm bored

Sitting in English class and I'm supposed to work on three different papers but it's just sooo fucking dull.

Also, my busscard broke yesterday so I gotta have to get downtown for a replacement; ugh. Well, at least I get the chance to pick up World War Z.

Yeah, I'm late to the scene.

Feb. 6th, 2009 05:43 pm Forumopolis Moderators

So, Colin changed the mod around. Good enough, we have a bit many anyway.

However, keeping *Whaler* of all mods? Seriously? Seriously? Even ignoring the problems a sizeable group of the regulars have with her horrible modding, we now have four Eastcoasters as mods(maybe more; I got no clue where Sam lives).

Also, removing ieya? Damn, I always considered him the best of the mod crew. =(

Seriously, one day someone's gonna snap and all hell's gonna break loose. With my luck, I'm going to miss that day. =(

EDIT: One minute after I write this and another fight starts up. I think I'm gonna retire here, just listening to the fights.

Feb. 4th, 2009 04:28 pm The Swedes are the new Jews

So yeah, we're the ones plotting the downfall of the Catholic Church these days.

http://www.thelocal.se/17346/20090204/

----------------The journalist for Sveriges Television (SVT) who conducted an interview with conservative Catholic bishop Richard Williamson in which he denied the Holocaust, has denied allegations that SVT was involved in a plot to damage Pope Benedict XVI.

“Ridiculous and deplorable,” said SVT journalist Ali Fegan to the Svenska Dagbladet (SvD) newspaper.

“The reports stem from loose speculations, not facts. The church is trying to shake off the problem by shooting the messenger.”

Fegan’s comments come in the wake of reports that a secret memo is circulating in the Vatican claiming that SVT was acting together with progressive priests in a months-long conspiracy to sully the Pope.

SvD cites conservative catholic blogs and the Italian newspapers Il Giornale and Il Riformista, which report that the Vatican suspects the airing of SVT’s controversial interview with Williamson, just days before the Pope was set to lift the 20-year excommunication of the conservative bishop, was a deliberate trap set for the Pope by SVT.

The conspiracy theory allegations rest in part on the fact that Fegan knew of statements made by Williamson at a mass in Canada in 1989 in which he also denied the Holocaust.

According to Fagen, however, he learned of the comments through his own research on Williamson, but was unable to confirm the report.

“No one had gotten to the bottom of it. The rumour that Williamson was a Holocaust-denier had become truth without anyone having evidence of it,” Fegan told SvD.

The excommunication came in 1988 on the orders of Pope John Paul II after Williamson and three other priests from the ultra-conservative Society of St. Pius (SSPX), were consecrated as bishops by SSPX founder Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre in violation of the Pope’s wishes.

Dialogue between the Vatican and SSPX has been ongoing for years, and in late January the Pope finally lifted the excommunication of the four bishops, just days after the broadcast of SVT’s interview with Williamson.

Since then, the Pope has been hit by a wave of criticism from Jewish leaders who see the Vatican's reconciliation with Williamson as a major blow to Jewish-Catholic relations.

Fegan also explained that the broadcast of SVT’s Uppdrag granskning investigative news programme was supposed to take place in the autumn of 2008, but was delayed because the subject of the investigation, a Swedish priest in the process of joining SSPX, had been in a car accident, setting the production schedule back several months.

SVT editors had no idea that Pope was planning on lifting Williamson’s excommunication when the programme finally aired in January.

“When rumours about the excommunication started a couple of days later, we realized that this was highly explosive stuff. It was an unbelievable coincidence,” said Fegan.

Maria Hasslegren, a spokesperson for Stockholm’s Catholic Diocese, told the TT news agency that she hadn’t heard anything about the alleged report and that the claim pointing to SVT's complicity in a conspiracy is unrealistic.

Hasselgren explained that she knew that the programme would be broadcast on January 21st.

According to her, the Pope’s decision to lift the excommunications was a long process, and occured during the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity which takes place every year.

“I have a hard a really hard time believing that Uppdrag granskning would have known that it the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity and it was just then that the Pope would surely do something,” she told TT.----------------

Yeah, this is hilarious. In just a few days the Vatican has become a bigger joke then they've been in centuries, all by their own doing. Maybe the Pope shouldn't have, you know, removed the excommunication of a group that openly supports extreme right-wing groups, anti-semitism, and holocaust denial.

Feb. 3rd, 2009 02:44 am Harvest Moon

I never played this game on the SNES as a kid but after reading the Something-Awful Let's Play of it(http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=2927840) I got a rom of it and started playing it.

While one can notice that it is a bit unpolished and extremely unforgiving(seriously, is it too much to ask to get a watch to know how much time I have to transport these drugs from the cave before the evening?) it's quite fun. Haven't gotten the time to get outside the farming aspect(seriously, the people of the city must think I'm some reclusive weirdo) yet though because I don't get enough time per day. :(

Also, does anyone know how to calculate how time passes? Where does it and where does it not pass and does it only pass when you move or also when you're idle? I do know that Nighttime is infinite though.

Anyway, roleplaying tomorrow. Gonna be nice; our group hasn't played in quite some time due to christmas and one of the members having a son. Good enough excuse if any.

Jan. 29th, 2009 04:08 pm In Lighter News

We got the date for the ultrasound; on the 17th of April we'll see the little bastard for the first time(not entirely true, Jarita was on an early ultrasound in November but I missed it and she didn't get any picture to take with her) and if we're lucky, we'll find out what kind of sex it has. Not that it matters, I'm just infinitely curious.

Jan. 29th, 2009 03:58 pm Feminism And Me

In response to this thread:
http://www.forumopolis.com/showthread.php?t=83364

I've had more than a few complains that I'm anti-feminist because I think these people are scum and we would be better off without them but seriously; read the bloody article.

I'm all for women doing whatever they want when it comes to their lives, including being stay-at-home moms if it's up their alley, but this isn't what these women are advocating; they're supporting "militant discipline that will alter the culture" and argues that "selfish insistence on personal rights is contrary to the spirit of Christ". In short, they want to put back women's roles into the early 20th century at best, even further back more likely. They don't just want to express their right to live their way of life, something I'd support their right of doing, but they want to force other women to do the same thing! I'm sorry, but that's fascism, patriarchal fascism even. It's like back in Vichy France where it was illegal for women to smoke or be outside after six in the evening and were banned from having any job at all.

I'm sorry, but these people are scum who'll most likely brainwash their children to be the same kind of scum. As such, I stand by my first comment in the thread; "They can all go hang themselves."

EDIT: However, matriarchal feminists such as Gudrun Schyman can join them. It isn't equality unless we're equal; fuckwad. Screw your suggested male taxation.

Jan. 26th, 2009 11:18 pm Ritalin

So yeah, one of my buddies that I play Axis and Allies and Paths of Glory with just texted me; asking for me to get Ritalin or Novocadin.

Fuck!

Yeah, not doing that. I mean, I don't even get ritalin for my own ADHD and I've seen how drug abuse can burn people out so hell no that I'm doing that for him.
